My aim is to maintain and improve your well-being and keep you fit to enjoy your lifestyle. With over 15 years' experience in the fitness and rehabilitation industry, I have worked with male and female clients of all ages, fitness levels and with varying goals.

No more groaning in the morning about having to go to the gym and no more finding excuses to stay at work to avoid your routine exercise. You will find working with me will be fun and exhilarating and the results after just a few weeks will be motivation enough to carry on!

Our Facilities

You will be in a safe and comfortable environment at my gym in Woking and will have my undivided attention to support you throughout our sessions.

I have the latest state-of-the-art equipment to help progress your fitness. From the highly acclaimed power plate to the much admired GTS and not forgetting the simpler, more recognisable treadmill, spinning bike, rowing machine and weights.

I also encourage using the environment around us to enable you to keep up your exercise at home, from running around the local lake in Woking to using the steps to your front door.

Every session will be varied and interesting and a LOT of fun...
